Practice 02 · Startup advisory

You do not need another mentor. You need someone who has actually done it.

A twelve-week programme for founders serious about building a real company. Three deliberate phases. Fixed price. Delivered by the principal.

A founder working through her strategy alone at a long timber table, laptop and notes spread out
Hour ten. Where the real company gets made.

We are practitioners, not consultants. We have started dozens of companies, invested in hundreds of startups, sat on their boards, and helped governments write the policy that lets them exist in the first place.

You have a product in market. Some revenue, or a clear path to it. You are working hard and the company still feels vague.

You are trying to raise, or trying to decide whether you should. You are still doing every job yourself. You have not written down your strategy because you have not had time — or because when you try, it does not hold together.

Twelve weeks is enough to fix all of that if the work is structured. This programme is that structure.

The programme

Twelve weeks. Three phases. One founder at a time.

Delivered by the principal, one-to-one, in weekly working sessions with structured homework between. At the end of twelve weeks you will have a written strategy, a working operating rhythm, and a clear read on the next twelve months.

A founder and an adviser in a focused one-to-one session at a small round table
One-to-one, weekly, with the principal — not a mentor pool.

A deliberate sequence, not a menu.

01

Diagnose & strategy

Structural read of your company. Where the traction actually is, where it is not, and what strategy the evidence supports. Written up. Signed off by both of us.

Weeks 1–4

02

Execution

We work the top three priorities to demonstrable progress — the raise, the first hires, the pricing, the product bet. Weekly cadence. No slide decks.

Weeks 5–8

03

Systematise & scale

We install the operating rhythm that lets the company keep running when the programme ends — board pack, weekly review, hiring plan, quarterly plan.

Weeks 9–12

Twelve weeks compressed what would have taken us two years to work out on our own. Placeholder
